Grades 6th thru 8th

Recognizing that the middle school years provide an important transition into high school and on to adulthood, Covenant seeks to provide a training ground that balances academics, character training, athletics, and fine arts.  It is our belief that each of us was created for a purpose and given a specific calling.  Because of this, our staff and administration strive to provide Godly direction for personal growth in addition to the pursuit of academic excellence.  Weekly chapel services and daily Bible classes are designed to develop in each student a Biblical worldview, a deeper understanding of the Christian faith, and an understanding of their own place in the fabric of God’s plan.

Academically, Covenant’s core curriculum of language arts, mathematics, science, and history meets or exceeds state and national standards at all grade levels.  Middle school students rotate through exploratory electives in art, Spanish, physical education, and computer science.  Covenant’s middle school students are also given the opportunity to participate in our middle school chorus, band, and pep band.  Junior varsity athletics including volleyball, football, basketball, softball, baseball, and cheerleading are also open to students beginning at the 6th or 7th grade level, depending on the sport.

These programs, designed to educate the whole child - spirit, mind, and body - provide not only a foundation for a smooth transition to high school, but also the foundation for success in all areas of life.

Grades 9th thru 12th

With adulthood on the horizon, a successful high school experience can provide students with a solid foundation for wherever life’s journey takes them.  At the high school level, the balance of academics, character training, athletics, and fine arts is invaluable for every student and every future career path.

It is our belief that each of us was created for a purpose and given a specific calling.  Because of this our staff and administration strive to provide Godly direction for personal growth, in addition to the pursuit of academic excellence.  Daily Bible classes and bi-monthly chapel services are designed to develop in each student a Biblical worldview, a deeper understanding of the Christian faith, and an understanding of their own place in the fabric of God’s plan.

Academically, Covenant’s core curriculum of language arts, mathematics, science, history, and Spanish meets or exceeds state and national standards at all grade levels.

Accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International and the Georgia Private Schools Accrediting Council provides entrance for all qualifying students into Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship program and into all of Georgia’s public and private universities, and technical schools.

In addition to core curriculum, Covenant offers high school students elective classes in computer science, visual arts, band, chorus, public speaking and theater.  Junior Varsity and Varsity athletics include Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Cheerleading, Softball, Baseball, and Golf and are open to all high school students.   Class and individual service projects help to develop students into concerned members of the body of Christ.

Using these programs, it is the goal of Covenant’s administration and faculty to develop students who are well-rounded and ready to be involved and fruitful citizens of both the natural world and the Kingdom of Heaven.
