Welcome to our Library Media Center! The library is fully automated with a growing collection of books, videos and periodicals. You will discover that it is a special place for all the students and staff at Covenant!
Our goal is to provide a warm, inviting place for students to enjoy as they develop a love of reading and lifelong learning. Collaboration with classroom teachers further supports students’ learning. Parents are encouraged to visit the library or volunteer in the library at any time.
Our library functions on a fixed and flexible schedule. Preschool students enjoy a weekly library class where they hear stories, learn library skills, and are exposed to great literature. Elementary students visit weekly for a lesson and book check out. Lessons may include a read aloud, library and media skills, or research in books and on the computer. Middle and high school students visit the library as needed and as scheduled by their teachers. You may also find students visiting the media center for a quiet place to work on homework, group projects or to simply enjoy a good book.
